Default Spring is here.

It's nice to see the seasonal flowers again.
I can't remember the name of these blue flowers, they're in my yard.

And a bottle brush.

Great shots Loren! Really like both but I think that first one is special.

Thanks for the comments, it was the first shot I intended to upload and tossed in the second as an afterthought. Both were taken this week.

I just remembered the name of the blue flower, Plumbago. I walked out and they were freshly bloomed and so delicate after a light rain, I had to grab the shot.

Loren, hope you don't mind if I played with your image. Just let me know if you want me to delete it.

No it will not be deleted. If I post a photo, anyone can alter changer or whatever.
In the critiques section people have made changes that are awesome. I really like that.

Beautiful Loren!!!! Wow, I love #1. That is Plumbago (aka Leadwort). Lovely blue flowers.

Thanks Loren. I'm not very good at PP (use Gimp) but I do find this type of thing easy to do. I just did a crop to fill the frame and then used fuzzy select to select the dark background and then adjusted the levels to darken. Then did the same thing for the spaces around the blooms.

I think I lost a little of the great detail you had working on the smaller size image.

You should give it a try.
