Default Paye Basque Rose

This shot was taken in the village of Bidarry (my new village!) in the Paye Basque. The mountain range in the background is the start of the foothills of the Pyreneese. All feedback and comments welcome.

The roses are beautiful! Such nice colors. I think they would have stood out even better if the house was not in the background, only the mountain.

Hi Saly, yes I know what you mean. I was thinking of cropping the shot a bit, but I would have chopped of the mountain as well.

I like how sharp the rose looks and just the right blur for the background.
The house in the background gives the impression of a quaint country village.
It lets your mind roam and imagine what it really looks like.
To me that shot has a lot of character.

Hi Lorenww - thanks for having a look and for the encouraging feedback. You are right, the shot was taken in a quaint country village. I was pleased with the background blur as well. Thanks again.
