It's at Waldo's BBQ in Mesa, Arizona.
Cczych, you're right. More meat falls off their sandwich than most other resturants put on theirs. And there's no egg anywhere in the pictures. The ribs plate is ribs, corn on the cob, salad, and a baked potato with sour cream & butter. The sanwich pic is the BBQ beef sandwich, cole slaw, fries, pickles, green chili corn bread, and the best BBQ sauce I know of (in the skillet) The dessert is peach cobbler a la mode, (cobbler made in a dutch oven) and not-so-cooked cookie dough a la mode.

That's actually one of the two places in cooking where it's used. The other involves beef that's stewed or braised with veggies and then served up with the resulting yummy gravy. Boef (sp?) a la mode is its name.

Ah! I just looked it up. A la mode = according to or in the fashion.

Berry,
Now I see, it's sour cream etc on the ptato. Oops sorry.

cczych,

Obviously you know your loco-moco. Cafe 100 says they serve the original and best loco-moco on the Big Island. I've heard that they serve one on Molokai that is ono-licious.

Aloha
