Default Powershot Pro1 Macro

Hi.

Went for a walk today at the local park & saw this Grasshopper in the bushes, Luckily I had my Canon Powershot Pro1 with me.

I used the Super Macro setting on the Pro1. It was dark & overcast, so had to use ISO200. I used Neatimage to get rid of the noise than used Unsharp Mask in Photoshop to sharpen more.

Hi.
I was less than 2 inches from the Grasshopper.

Hi Dennis.

Good question, I have no idea why it did not jump away, but I am glad it did not.

there was another one near by but it jumped away.
