I enjoy nearly all flower photos icnludng this one however a couple of suggestions here. Consider stepping down the exposure a bit, it seems a little to bright, particularly the background. If you nave one,a polarizing filter would help also. Perhaps that could be adjusted in the camera or software. Since I've taken many flower photos, I've started to be very selective on the ones I do shoot. What I mean is that I try to find the most perfect of the flowers available. Then again, blooms beyond their prime could be a theme in their own right. Check out paintings of Ivan Albright to see what I mean.....Keep up the macro work....
