Hi Keith;

Nice shot, and pretty good DOF for a macro lens. Pretty much the whole flower is perfectly sharp. I find at high magnification, my Hoya close-up set is almost too shallow.

Canon 20D and EF 100 f2.8 USM macro lens, guess I should have put this in the title discription.

This was one of the spur of the moment photos, was walking down the path and noticed the flower color against the grey foliage out of the corner of my eye. Snapped off two shots and kept walking.
