For that one, I used Microsoft Digital Image Pro 7.0, or PictureIt! that has a filter called Diffuse Glow. I tried the diffuse glow in PS and it just does not do the same effect. Perhaps someone more familiar with PS could help you on that. FIrst, I reduced the graininess after the glow was applied, and then reduced the intensity compared to the standard glow settings. I didn't take a ton of time to get it "just so"...that was just a quick try.

thanks, Ive got photoshop 7 and have yet to try out or even find the glow so will have a look for it:-)
