You should see the Goliath Birdeater molt. The size difference is amazing. That spider is huge.

I've got a 2 year old female who is growing like crazy. I'll get some photos of her.

Thanks, I don't have a real macro lens for my 20D or even a close-up lens for the 75-300 so its hard to get a really tight macro shot. Hope to get a 100 f/2.8 Macro soon though. Here's a shot of the old guy more or less up front capturing a red-eye from the fill flash. Not a good shot as its soft and has some purple-fringing but the red-eye looks nice :-)
