After waiting very long for it, I finally got my A-Life macro CUL from Olympus, despite having to wage war on the postal service (It contained the entire kit, with the Diffuser. now I can finally toss my old one away).

Here are three shots that I tried out today. All shots are uncropped.

1/160
f11
iso100
diffused flash + flashlight for sidelight

processed through ACR + PS for controlling exposure.

Thank you for the invite!

I grabbed something that'll make my macro's even more extreme today...but I'll keep it a secret until I've managed to make it work.

Reason it's being kept secret is because I'm not sure it'll work satisfactory atm But it does include something at 50mm stuck on the wrong way

Well, went out now when the sun starts to really set and tried it out. I managed to catch this wasp while he was cleaning himself...man did he get angry with me afterwards (Yes, he tried to attack me).

It didn't become as sharp as I might've wanted to, but it's good for a first shot with 50mm reverse lens.

This is a good start, but I use this equipment at home.
In the field 7,7 diopt. is enough!
