Aclassroom pet. In the second photo you see her (it is a she) watching me very carefully. They look dangerous but they are very safe.

Thanks for looking loffles and rey. The camera is an olympus C8080 wz. Its great for closeups (macro)and general shots but I have a hard time with it in low light landscapes. The insect (northern australian)was bought as a juvenile only about 3cm long. she eats nothing but gum leaves.
