What about a Displays (from LCD or OLED to HD TVs, etc.) forum?
I use an LCD display much more than I use a printer. Could be pretty useful and atract a lot of visitors too. |

Thanks for the suggestion. I think a forum for computer related hardware including displays would probably be a good idea, as the type of hardware being used can have a big impact on your ability to edit images (and accurately view them). We'll keep it in mind for future forums layout changes.

Oh, well. A Computer Hardware Forum should rock. Much more ambitious.
Another one, valuable for newbies like me, could be a Bibliography Forum. Now, for instance, I see –thanks to you among many other kind people here- that I need a better understanding of the whole digital process, from the capture to the editing. But I see you already have enough Forums to mess around! Thanks. |

You have to consider new forums carefully, since you can end up confusing members if you have too many similar forums (making it confusing for members to figure out which one to use for posting questions, photos, etc.).
That also means more forums that members may need to browse through to find what they're looking for. In addition, you can increase server load and page load times for everyone since you'll have more forums on the main page. We've received a number of suggestions for new forums, and we'll have to consider them carefully for future layout changes (keeping pros and cons of each addition in mind). ;-) |
