Default Mak-Cas scope + Nikon CP as prime focus

Is possible to use a nikon coolpix 9xx series and 4500 in prime focus (with no eyepiece between the scope tube and the digital camera) with a mak-cas scope with standard astronomical 1.25" (31,8mm) hole or with an old 0.95" hole (C90 old version scope).

If it's possible what do you fthink about a Mak-Cas 127mm (5") with a focal lengh of 1500mm or 1900mm?

I do not believe so, to use a camera at prime focus you normally do not have a lense in the camera. The image is formed directly on the film plane or image sensor.
For this dSLR's like the 10d do work great.

For afocal work you will want a wide eyepeice of around 40mm to avoide vignetting and 1.25 is the smallest I would try. 2inch ep are better if you can use them and adapt the camera to them

The mac-cas 5inch and cpxxx will work fine but will not be very portable.
There are other threads about this very topic in the digiscoping section.
