Default Is this possible? electric eye mounted to spotting scope displayed on iPad?

Hi, I voulenteer with HAVA (Honored American Veterans Afield) with the best of the best of the Combat Modified Vets we have in this country and im trying to figure out if i can make something to help get some back on the shooting range.

I have used iScope to help those who no longer have the motor skills to get up on the scope to take the shot and that has been a big help for many but i trying to see if i can make it a little better for even others even more limited.

My goal is to take a spotting scope and connect an electric eye like ive seen listed in Telescope websites like this

http://www.ioptron.com/index.cfm?sel...9-aff23bb9716b

And connect it to a spotting scope like this since we have a suck/blow device to that can raise/lowers/side to side position the mount holding the rifle and display the magnified spotting scope through the electric eye and connect it to an Ipad and when on target pull the trigger allowing them to shoot again.

There are smaller units that an iPhone can mount in a specialized case and mount on a spotting scope but its too small and not up to par with quality or visual size to be useable for the intended crowd.

Any way this is possible?
