Where can I get a T-mount to put a Vivitar 500mm mirror on my Canon 300D? Also will the same mount work if I get a Telescope or does each one require a different mount?

You can get an EOS "T" mount from about any Canon dealer - there are two aspects which must be considered. First, a standard "T" mount simply replaces a brand specific mount with a standardized mount which fits a variety of optical devices.

On these devices themselves, some require what is commonly known as a "T" adapter which is the "mate" to the "T" mount. If the mirror lens you are interested in has already a "T" adapter to mate to the "T" mount then you have everything you need. On the other hand, some telescopes such as the Meade ETX have their own "T" adapter which you must purchase to mate up to the "T" mount.
