Digiscoping Nikon D70 with Celestron C8

Necesary material:

- T-adapter (T-Ring to ocular 1 1/4")
- Celestron (C8 2000mm F10)
- Teleconverter TC-200 (to obtain 6000mm)

Firstly the thing we'll picture:
35mm (35mm equiv)

105mm (35mm equiv)

405mm (35mm equiv)
D70 +135mm + Teleconverter 2X +1,5X(factor D70)

3000mm (35mm equiv) Velocity 1/125
(D70 + Celestron C8 2000mm x 1,5X (factor D70)

6000mm (35mm equiv) (foto moved by the wind, velocity 1/60)
(D70 + Teleconverter 2X +Celestron C8 2000mm x 1,5X (factor D70)

T-Ring + T-adapter 1 1/4"

D70 + T-Ring + T-adapter 1 1/4"

D70 + T-Ring + T-adapter 1 1/4" + Celestron C8 )

3000mm D70 + Celestron C8

6000mm D70 + Teleconverter 2X + Celestron C8

I can obtain more zoom using the oculars of the telescop, I'll try another day.

I hope you enjoy!

Let's see some time exposures!! :-)

I have a 8" scope, but it is a dob mount, so I cannot mount my D70.
