Played around with eyepiece projection into my FZ5 through my 76mm Lens x 700mm focal length Reflector Scope on last night's moon using a 20mm eyepiece (Yielding 35X -- 700/20). The scope's f/9.2 aperature (700mm FL/76mm Lens = f/9.2) cut down a lot on the light meaning 1/4s exposures but a bit of PP added some dramatic shading to the up close craters in the viginetted images. Guess I'll have to work on a mounting adapter.

I picked up a cheap but faster, f/5.7 (400 FL/70 Lens) 400mm spotting scope that may be a bit better for daylight images (yielding 20X - 400 FL/20 Lens) so those are my next projects over the weekend to play with...
