I'm taking a crack at making our own Christmas card this year and having fun learning Gimp at the same time. I thought I'd share:

Everything is just right. The theme, the composition and the photos. Being a family card however, I would prefer to see the three of you included in the photos somehow. Perhaps playing with your son and his train. Just a family having fun. But very nice job as is.

from a design point of view the shot of the boy top right would have made a much better background to start with, then work with pics of other family members overlayed onto that, although that shot by itself is good enough for a card

Nice Christmas card, I always like getting cards with the person touch as it adds some much more meaning to the card.

Thanks for the feedback. I really like the idea of using a picture of him as the background. I wish I posted this before I printed 100 and put them in the mail! Great ideas for next year! Merry Christmas, all!
