Very nice Stitchbabe. Looks like a very good air brush drawing. Your level with Painter is not amateur. I would say you were a Master Painter.

Hey Bynx...thanks so very much! But alas, I'm pretty new with Painter...it's quite a learning curve but the more I use it, the better it gets! :-)

Good job on this portrait. How does painter compare to adobe's photoshop plugins for similar effect?

Thanks Spy! Painter is a very good program if you're into painting. I've tried photoshop actions to produce paintings but they've usually fallen short as to what I wanted in a painting...especially portraits. You can use the auto features in painter also but I prefer to do it manually as if you're really painting with brushes and other types of media. It's a lot of work but well worth it!
