I don't know about anyone else but it sure makeds ME hungry!!

Don't want to be rude--- but your buns are burned (out)
I darkened the whole pic, increased contrast & sharpened. Started to clone more crust to your buns nut then remembered--- I haven't had dinner yet!!!!!!!

Sure your cookings are good.
Its only a matter of presenting them !
Here's my attempt at it :

Composition :
Mmmm, Too many cropped elements.
The tablecloth looks not like being as sophisticated as your cooking.
-> Selection : addittive and substractive selections with a mix of magic wound, elliptic and rectangular selections as well as lazo tool, both magnetic and not.

Noise:
There is a little bit of noise in the picture
-> I corrected it by means of Photoshop DIstrurb-> despeckle Filter ( Hope this is the good name)

Dominant color :
There was a dominant yellowish colour in the picture
-> it as been corrected with the dominat color removal tool of photoshop selecting the "hopefully" white elements on the top-right.

Levels :
The picture was alittle bit flat and it has been corrected with levels.

Contrast :
Contrast has been increased globally with the contrast tool and locally ( the mussels, the shrimps, the reflections) with the sharp tool brush

Depth :
Depth on the soup as well as in some parts of the shrimps has been enhanced by means of the burn tool brush.

Background :
Background has been replaced by a radial gradient from grey to black ( centered on the middle of the plate ) to make your shot colours stand out.

Writings :
Writings have been added both for atmosphere and for composition reasons : they helped me balance the composition.
Outer Shadow and bevel effect ( or emboss ? ) have been applied to the text layer

Framing :
According to the same reasons of the backgorund a PS alluminium frame has been added to complete the photo.

P.S. : your cooking looks real good indeed !
