Default Air Show

The sky was pale blue but washed out--- used PS to add clouds

Or motion blur added to a duplicate layer to add the feeling of speed

I've always been fascinated by WWII propeller fighters.
That's why they were my fav subject in Plastic Scale Model.
Hurricane, Spitfire, Messershmidt 109,Corsair ... just to mention a few.
However , I do not remember the model of the one of your shots.
Hasn't it been used in the Midway Battle ? Not really a fighter, more like a recognition aircraft , if I remember well, or not ?

By the way, nice shots.

If I have to say my opinion, I'm not really convinced about the tail rudder of the last shot, looks like there are two of them.
I would shift the blurred part a little bit on the left and erase most of the part that overlaps the sharp one.

Spitfire was always my favorite model. I think that this is a trainer & I don't know what vintage. Didn't do anything with the tail but worked on the sky some.....

Maybe in the resized version the double tail is not noticeable, however this last is nicer and the airplane stands out better with that sky.

I think you did very well, changing the background of the first one!
Also the motion blur fits very good to the second picture. Nice work!

As I live the first 26 years of my life in England, I have to give my thumbs up to the Spitfire. Not that I'm biased. (^J^)

Janet, as a kid building & playing with model airplanes, the Spitfire was always my favorite. That was one truly beautiful design :!: 8)
