Default Comments please

Brian Peters will retire soon and he will no longer be watching over the NWS.

Please comment on how I could have done a better job with the photo. ...... Thanks

nice job there. as with all people everyone will have there own way of doing things.
i would have cropped to include the flag and front entrance w/antennas only. the rest of the building is rather plain. the reason for the crop is the NOAA logo (the logo is sort of tiny in the shot and it does represent part of what he was there) and the entrance the he has gone in and out of over the years.

thats just one way. i see potential for about 2-3 versions.

Thanks, I agree about the logo. I may try it your way.

When I saw your picture this image popped into my head. Iíve been playing around with PS for a little while now. I wanted to see how close I could get to something I imagined ahead of time. Kind of a self-assigned tutorial to test some of my new-found skills.

So, for what itís worthÖ

There's something nightmarish about a head floating up there amongst the clouds. With a frame around it, setting it off and keeping it from being a part of the sky, the nightmare goes away.
