Default Headin' home

After looking at a walking path photo I took recently I shut my eyes and envisioned something like this. Comments welcome. BTW, it shows best when you use the "Dark Theme" background (scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the little box at the bottom left).

Kind of a Rogger Rabit scene.

I used a great plugin for Photoshop called Mystical Lighting by Auto FX. It gives complete control of any lighting situation like headlight beams. Color, angle, density, fade off etc.

wow this is all cool stuff............

How in hell does one get up to this level??...Let alone keep up?

It keeps reminding me of a lingering question I have.....where does photography fit when technology allows one to 'create' a realistic image???? It seems more like virtual reality...

Speaking of roger rabbit.....who wouldn't ask that 'woman' for a date????...Oh wait...she wasn't real...or was she...

Photography can be a lot more than just click and print. It can be the first step of many to come up with a final visual image. Walter started with 2 separate photos producing something very real.

As it was a daytime shot I didn't want to overdo the headlights effect. However, Bynx's plug in works, too.

Another creative shot...driving a rod down a deserted dark and foggy road. The driver may feel very fortunate to have what is undoubtedly a breathed on V8 under the hood, in case something untoward happens.

Tremendous pix, very imaginative. I like the light glowing through the fog...adds to the eerie atmosphere.

I would give you an A+.

Walter, I love your shot. The selective coloring is perfect and the tones and detail are great. Bynx, your lighting program is worth exploring.
