Default Busker

This kind of painting is a little out of my comfort zone but thought I'd continue on and see what I come up with. I guess I don't mind it. I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
Thank you.

I think it's Brilliant, With a capital B. Love the sheet music background and the guitar player is amazing with the vibrant blue. Great work StitchBabe.
Is there a name for this type of work? I,m wondering if it's the same thing Dennis does with his super animal pics. Cant remember the name brush something. grrrrrreat.

Love the top two-thirds. Don't know what that is at the bottom.

I like it a lot that Neon brush is a nice brush to play with I like what you did to the floor in the back ground though yes the case is a bit of a lot of darkness after the glowing neon colours but It belongs maybe lighten it up a bit. Was the shot taken from top down ? off a Balcony.. ladder ?? clue us in on that one...

Hi Condorman....glad you have enjoyed it. I'm not sure what Dennis does but my work is done by referencing a photo and painting it. It's like real painting, only using digital paintbrushes instead of traditional media.

Hi Walter....yes, Simple is right....I only gave the suggestion of a guitar case to help put focus on the guitar player.

Thank you Simple! This guitar player was actually playing outside of a Beer and Wine Store and I asked his permission to take his photo....he kindly allowed it.

I'm happy you've enjoyed it SSG! I used an acrylic brush for this painting. The guitar case is just a suggestion of one as I wanted the guitar player to be the main subject. I sat on the steps of a store in my town to take his photo after asking his permission. Thank you so very much for your comments!
