Default out to pasture

every once in a while, i get a wild hair and decide to try something different in the way of 'digital art'. i had this image of an old truck parked and abandoned next to a barn, and thought it might look kinda neat, so i ran it through Photoshop's artistic filters, using the 'sponge' filter at minimum settings to give it a pseudo-impressionist look... what do you think... keep or toss??

I like it. Scenes like this are getting rarer as the years go by. I would never toss a photo like this one. It depicts a bit of history which will too soon be gone. My 3 year old granddaughter may never see anything like this.

I have used a few of the photoshop filters myself. Mostly the film grain, but I have used the sponge, as you said, at minimum settings.

oh, i'd never toss the original... just wondered if this "painterly" version is worth keeping...
