Default some "enhanced" pics :)

well i went to the site (rod posted about it in his "evidence" thread) and followed there instructions and got this
an early morning shot of a canal off the side of the Delaware river



and this
using two layers....one set to dark (levels ) and one normal the normal layer which i lightened a bit to increase the tonal range.....went a bit far though

It didn't work quite as well with the second picture, but that first one is stunning. Bless Rod for sharing his technique with us.

you know wat....i forgot to add something to the second pictures description

the sun and trees by it look like Mordor from LOTR lol!

well it isn't very good cuz i went a little crazy lol
if i left it how it was it would be fine.....but i had to lighten the ground...lol

the first pic is absolutely stunning!!!!

And LOTR was the first thing that came to mind with the 2nd

Yes the first one is quite lovely, very ethereal. . .but the second one ROCKS. Very Cool. . .so okay, I'm not into subtle.
