very nice! it's a groove kayd...really!

ruts are normally a bad thing...when you always take the same pictures with the same lighting and such...you are NOT in a rut! :-D

can you post the original picture?

The original. . .this was a little too soft for me and I had another view I liked better so decided to play with this one.

oh man..kayd...if it weren't for the softness...that would be a spectacular shot...i love the shape/size/openness of that rose, and the color is just great...and how you placed it in the shot was very nice

i'm likin' the watercolor effect though!

i wonder how much success you'd have with Unsharp mask? if you played around with the settings for a while....it doesn't seem TOO out of focus...
