I'm using Illustrator CS, but really you could do it with any version of Illustrator or photoshop that has the Pen Tool. It's probably alot easyer to do it in photoshop, but keep in mind that the pen tool in Photoshop isnt actually Vector, its just a rasterized shape.

i'd say about 15 mins.. It's pretty easy, give it a shot! it takes a bit of an eye to get the shadows and shading right, but it doesnt hurt to play around with it till you get something you like!
