It looks like I am looking out a window.

Very nice.

Is that done in a program? If so which one?

I really like the idea of being able to experiment with matts and frames
before you actually committ to buying them.

smac thx for the comment and yes its done with (matting) ps 7 and the frame was done in paint shop pro 9

the matt was done with a action in photoshop..
