I think I know how you did that. If I'm right it is very simple isn't it? Extremely effective though! Great work!

hi thank you all!
ferny it is very simple indeed with photoshop. i just duplicated the layer and applied sepia toning to the bottom layer. i then added a shadow effect to the top layer and finally cut the rectangles from the top layer.

I thought I'd give it a bash. The technique seems simple enough, but I'm lacking any artistic flair to make it look any good.

Anda nice application of that technique, Paul (UK) ! (and you added a border too !)

Those coloured windows are really intersting. Were they originally that colour ?
