There are a few nice to have plugins here:

http://www.ulead.com/download/freedownload.htm

I think you might be looking for Eye Candy 3.1 It's free now but hard to find the download. It appears that Alien Skin software has upgraded to a new version (very pricey too). The 3.1 version used to be on their site free but they have removed it. (lol). I did find it at pluspsp.com. To get it you will have to register with pluspsp

http://www.pluspsp.com

Then go to this link (it's also on the above link page as freebies). Among other stuff there is a link to the free version of eye candy 3.1 there and the dll's that you will need to run some of the plugins. Eye candy has a flame plugin included.

then go to: http://www.pluspsp.com/p/freebies/

I hope this is what you want.

good luck

There are several fire actions and styles available at Adobe Exchange that might be what you saw. The best plugin (not free) with fire I have seen that looks great is the new alien skin nature > fire option. Also you can get some fire images and make a style yourself.

I have just come across a site that may suit your needs. I don't know anything about it though. Try digieffects.com fire made with Delirium or Euphoria.

Good luck.
