To begin with, the subject has nothing going for it. I would think you could find something more interesting to photograph and experiment with. Maybe not.

i appreciate your (smug) response, but you've completely missed the point. it's a before/after comparison emphasizing the effect of post processing (texture, quality of light, chroma shift, etc). the subject in-photo is irrelevant.

I like it, especially the way all the greenery has turned blue/purple.

i did somthing like this once, only changed the color of a tree though.

I think that is often the point in this section, the original does not stand up by itself so digital modification makes a more interesting piece, This has more intrigue post edit for sure.
