Hi all,

When I try and play movies from my ricoh on my computer (vista)I can see the movie but can't hear the audio. It says it needs a codec. It goes to search the net when you click web help but it can't find one. I've googled for the codec but without any luck. :?

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so...a link to the download for the codec would be brilliantalthough after all the searching I've already done I fearI'll be out of luck on this one

Thanks,

Tom

Problem solved. I've downloaded something called VideoLAN that allows me to view the file just fine.

Only thing is my camera looks to be screwed because its got sand in around the lens and now won't extend. I'm going to have a go at taking it apart to try and free it up. If that doesn't work I guess I'llsend it off to be fixed but that'll probably cost a fortune. Anyway, Ifear it might have had its day :-(
