Basicly my friend and I are going to start a local clothing line. Thus we decided to buy all of the equipment to prevent a middle man. We are looking into a C88+, heat press, and the sub ink and papers.

What I am looking for is cons and pros because we are not for sure about sub printing. I have heard that screening is messy, tedious, and costly. However, I have heard that sublimation will not print white and does not look well on dark colored tees.

If anyone has any information, pros and cons, or just a few info websites I can look at I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Depending upon your location, you may want to check out the following website forums:

http://www.dye-sub.org (US & Intl)

http://www.subli-nation.com/forum (UK)

You'll find a lot of information there and many likeminded people to discuss your questions with. The "Dye Sublimation" refered to here in this forum tends to be for photos only (Kodak, HiTi, Mitsubishi, etc).
