Hi,

I'm a newbie here. I was in transit in Singapore Changi Airport en route to Aus and there was a stall demonstrating the CP300 dye sub. I took a photo in the airport right next to the stall, and he printed it for me. I was impressed that they packed so much in a small package. Happy with the finish and was tempted at impulse buying ... but....

10 hrs later, when the excitement had gone, I looked at it objectively and I judge that the colour of the print looks colder than on the CRT screen, laptop screen, and on the back of my Nikon D70 LCD. I don't know if there are settings that need to be applied, but we printed directly from the D70 through PictBridge.

Isthe CP 300just in need of a tweek? Is this a general trademark of a dye sub? Is this a limitation with using PictBridge? Does the HiTi dye sub have any such issues?

Appreciate any feedback. Thanks

ian
