Copyright etc question

I use photoshop elements 7 and what i am trying to achieve is once my photo has been taken and put into PE7 i wish to add my name to say the bottom right hand corner.
The photos taken are 10 x 8 and once fitted to the frame the viewing image then becomes about 9 3/4 x 7 3/4.
I need to some how add my name in the same place each time on the photo so once developed and placed into the frame it is visible and not covered by the frame itself.
I know this may take 2 or 3 attemps to position it correctly but once i know the correct position im done.
Problem is can PE7 do this for me or do you know of any freeware/shareware tools that would do it as did not want to pay anything as this is all i would use it for.

Photoshop will do it fine. You can measure where the name is to go and create a layer for it. Then just add that layer to any future pics.
