Hi, I have a picture I'm working on in Photoshop 5.0. It has a washed out sky. I'm trying alot of things, but I am really struggling here. Any help is appreciated and the simpler the better until I am a little more proficient.

You are so correct. Until we can see the photo, it is sort of a cat in a bag and we cannot be sure.

There are other techniques than these, but this is a good cross-section.
