HEY! I heard it was possible to edit videos frame by frame in PS CS2. Is this a product of an ill-informed enthusiast or fact? If it is true, what files can it edit (*.wma, etc), and how do you do it?

it is possible to make small videos by capturing still frames then using the animation feature to make a small clip to use online, i have seen some neat forum sigs with a video.

like this tutorial shows

u cannot load a video into it and edit it like in Video editing software
