Yes, rarely use, always seem to end up using PSCS3.

Pros:
Fast image selection and developing.
Cons:
It is not a full featured editor as PSCS3

Issues:
Current libraries interface still seem kludgey (I've been fooling with it since the first beta program started when it was really bad :-) )

The lightroom libraries are not a good DAM, I've stayed with eXtensis Portfolio for asset management. Hoping maybe v2 of lightroom will address the DAM issues.

Not an issue for most people, but I found it can't import very large image files, (some of my latest works have exceeding 450meg for 64mp images.)

IMHO:
it is a good tool for quickly selecting, "developing", and outputting images.
So long as you do not want to do any editing.

Like PSCS it is not intuitive so there is a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed with it.
