Hi,

Need some help resizing some photos using Photoshop Elements 4.0. I need odd sizes, 3x2, 3x3, 4.75x 3.6 etc. for a photo frame. Can anyone lend your expertise on how I would do this?

Thanks so much !

Select the crop tool. Put the dimensions in the width and height box along the top in inches. Put nothing in the resolution box. Crop the image and it will end up the dimensions you put in the boxes.

If you want the image a specific size in pixels you can then go Image >Image Size. Check "Resample" and "Constrain Proportions". Put a pixel size in either the width or height – the other will change in proportion.
