How can you combine video clips from a DMC FZ7 in to one larger clip? The clips are in QuickTime. Is there a way to set the camera up to save video as a mpeg?

Thank You

There might well be a simpler way to do it, but I use a highly versatile video tool called SUPER. I've never used it for that purpose, but it will work with Quicktime files. This is a freeware app and can be downloaded at:

http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

You would have to do some reading on the erightsoft site to find out whether it will do what you want, but it's a powerful program with many capabilities. Mostly I use it to convert various video formats.

I'm hoping that someone else will post about a more specialized app that might be more straight forward for your purpose -- but if not, this might do the job. There is a user forum too, so anything you can't answer from the lengthy product description can be found out there.
