I was searching around Craigslist when I ran across this:

http://jacksonville.craigslist.org/pho/693355965.html

Is this legal? If it is does anyone know "whats up" with this?

Thanks, Robert

Sounds like the guy is selling pirated software. You cant register it with Adobe so thats a red flag. If you are going to use pirated software you can do it for free without paying anyone $100.

Yeah, I thought it sounded a little "fishy". Adobe is very protective of their products, so buying cs3 that cheap would have to be illegal, or so it would seem. I have PS Elements 4 and don't understand all that IT has to offer, so getting cs3 would be overkill at this point.

Thanks for your quick replies, guys. Robert

big software compaines sold products way in vrious channes and under typically different licensies. there is mainly workaround for [legal] savings.
Or buy bundled Editions(comes w scanners, cams and etc) - for almost nothing
