Default CS3 & Bridge - how do I change the path?

I just added a new hard drive so I could move all my photos to it. I've been looking for a way to change the path to the new location in both CS3 and Bridge, but have not had any luck.
Can anyone help me?

Also, I'd like to move "My Documents" to the new drive to free up space and hopefully speed up CS3. I tried dragging it to the new drive, but it's "read only", and XP won't let me change it.

What am I doing wrong??

Thanx,
Ron

I was able to move "My Documents" from "C" to "G" by using Adobe Bridge - I just dragged it to the new location.
And I finally figured out that there must be a choice for location when I d/l from the cf card to Bridge. So I tried downloading from a cf card. The option was there, and I changed it.
