Default Help with over exposure?

I took some pics at a wedding this weekend where the groomsmen were wearing pink and white. It all came out white! To say I'm a novice at photography would be kind. Is there anything i can do to fix the colors after the fact? I can get the pink to come out but it really messes up the other colors. All I have is iPhoto.

Did you take the shots in jpeg mode, or Raw? Can you post an example? Sometimes, things can be done, if there was not too much overexposure. Recovering colors and highight details works best with Raw, but there may be ways to help.

I shot them in jpeg. I tried to attach a pic but couldn't figure it out. If someone can tell me how I'll attach one.

Sorry I missed your reply. If you check the General Discussion forum, there is a sticky thread about how to post photos.
