Default Wow--amazing GIMP script

I just downloaded the "national geographic" script for the GIMP. WOW!!! With no adjustments, it turns normal pix into dramatic, sharp art.

E.g. original pic (Oly E-PL1), no adjustments:
Name: K1040739sm.jpg
Views: 1119
Size: 48.2 KB

Basic sharpening & levels I'd do:
Name: K1040739smkjk.jpg
Views: 550
Size: 64.9 KB

The National Geographic plugin, defaults:
Name: K1040739smngotest1.jpg
Views: 600
Size: 60.5 KB

The National Geographic plugin, blue tint, with tweaks:
Name: K104073ngeotest2.jpg
Views: 537
Size: 67.4 KB

The National Geographic plugin, red tint, with tweaks:
Name: K1040739ngeotest3.jpg
Views: 505
Size: 67.6 KB

Cool, no? Thoughts?
