I'm watching a tutorial today on photoshop for photographers. He is using sliders that I can't find on my cs4. I use cs4 in tandem w/ LR3. Do I need something like camera raw?? I've tried searching youtube but can't find these sliders anywhere??
Thanks Jen |

Not sure what sliders you are talking about - there are sliders on a number of tools, in various places (the one I use a lot is the opacity slider, for changing opacity of a layer or a brush when painting on a layer mask).
Camera raw comes with CS4. While I mostly use LR for raw conversion, there's a technique I've been using occasionally that requires you to open the picture (regardless of file format) in camera raw first. I don't use it much but its useful. |
