Default Color Noise reduction in Photoshop

In the Photoshop CS RAW image converter, there is a thingy for color noise reduction as well as luminance noise reduction. Problem is, some of the photos I need to fix were shot in .JPG . Anyone know of a way to do it? A plugin, perhaps?

I use Neat Image---it has a fairly simple interface and really give excellent results--Its available as a stand-alone or as a Plug-In
