Most software programs will allow me to play background music from only Mp3's.(photoShow, Proshow). I am trying to have a photo slideshow with backfround music from my audio CD's... to download them into a CD for my parents Please provide suggestions...Thanks

Your best bet is to convert the audio CD tracks you want to record to MP3. CDA audio takes about 10 times the space on the CD – doesn't leave a lot of room for images. That is probably why the slideshow programs won't use CDA wave files.

You might already have CD mastering software that will convert CDA to MP3. If not there is information and freeware here: http://www.allformp3.com/

Samuel, you could try CDEX. It takes your audio cd and converts it to mp3. You can find it at the link i gave and it's free.:-)
