The public beta for Adobe Camera Raw 2.4 is available.

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...jsp?ftpID=2682

Among other things, it adds support for the Canon 20D and 1Ds MkII. I've had excellent results with both. You do need to purge your cache in order for the 1Ds MkII .CR2 files to display in the File Browser.

Cheers,

Mitch

I was going to say WhooHoo about time! But I can't get Adobe's download site to respond. Maybe overloaded with people downloading the updates :blah:

EDIT: Never Mind...:blah:I was playing with IE6, switched to FireFox and the page opened instantly.

I've used it with several RAW conversions from 1Ds MKII RAW files. I've been very pleased with the result.:|

No more BrezeBrowser Pro 1.0 RAW conversions for this guy!

ACR 2.4 is much faster than Canon SDK-based software. Thomas Knoll and his team have done an excellent job! ACR II is my preferred RAW converter.

Cheers,

Mitch

Nice and Fast, now if they would release the final version and get rid of that pop-up.
