What software do you recommend to blur the background? I want the subject of the photo to really stand out. I believe the term for this is "bokeh". Any links to show a step by step process on how to do it in Photoshop (if it can be done with this program)? I am hoping there is a better program out there that specializes in doing this. Thank you!

I have a tutorial, "Taking Control Over Depth Of Field," which explains how to do this with the Photoshop Lens Blur filter.
