I shot several photos today in RAW so I could begin learning how to use it and attempted to download it from the cam to the computer. I have been using Windows image viewer to download and it appears the program only loaded the Jpeg files. Wonder if any one else has done this and if I lost those RAW files? Next time I will do my import from Adobe, don't know what I was thinking when I used the windows program.:?

Hmmm...do you have a card reader? They are not that expensive & a much better/faster way to upload your image. That being said, after connecting the camera, you can open Winblows Explorer & drag the image folder to wherever you want it on your computer.
